Scope of this Policy. This Policy covers personal data collected through your use of this Site — for example, when you submit an enquiry form, schedule a walkthrough, or contact us. It does not cover borrower, applicant or loan data processed inside a client's Mannjal instance as part of a partnership-lending program. That data is governed by the agreement between Mannjal and the relevant lender or originator, who acts as the Data Fiduciary for that data under the DPDP Act. Mannjal acts on that client's instructions as a service provider and does not make credit decisions or lend on its own account.

We aim to acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Where technically and commercially feasible, personal data collected through this Site is stored and processed in India. Any transfer of personal data outside India, including to service providers referenced in Section 3, is carried out only where such transfer is permitted under the DPDP Act, and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards with the recipient.
The DPDP Act provides for registered Consent Managers through which individuals can manage, review and withdraw consent given to organisations across services, on a common platform. As this framework is operationalised, we will update this Policy to reflect how it applies to interactions on this Site.
This Site is directed at business users — lenders, originators, and their teams — and is not directed at or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to a child, as defined under the DPDP Act.
